Notes on the translation into Spanish of the story ‘San Giorgio in casa Brocchi’ by Carlo Emilio Gadda
Abstract
I propose a brief translation study of a story by Carlo Emilio Gadda published in the anthology Accoppiamenti giudiziosi in 1963 that was translated into Spanish in 1969 by the Argentine Eugenio Guasta as Acoplamientos juiciosos and recently translated as Emparejamientos juiciosos by Juan Carlos Gentile Vitale and published in Spain in 2017. To the analysis of some extracts of these translations I add some argued personal proposals.
