Authors must comply with Teknokultura’s policy on the use of artificial intelligence and confirm adherence to the following guidelines prior to submitting their manuscripts:

  1. Article Authorship:
    • Artificial intelligence systems may not be credited or cited as authors or co-authors of submitted manuscripts
  1. Use of AI in the Writing Process:
    • Authors may use generative AI tools solely for language editing or enhancing the clarity and readability of the text.
    • Any use of such tools must be transparently acknowledged and cited in the References section, following the APA style guidelines adopted by the journal.
  1. Use of Language Models (LLMs) in Manuscript Preparation:
    • Authors bear full responsibility for verifying the accuracy and integrity of any content produced with the assistance of AI tools.
    • The use of large language models must be clearly described in the Methods section.
  1. AI-Generated Images and Videos:
    • If the manuscript includes AI-generated images or videos, authors must upload a supplementary file under the “Data Availability” section, specifying the tool used and the exact prompt applied.
  1. Policy Compliance:
    • Failure to comply with this policy may lead to manuscript rejection (prior to publication), retraction (post-publication), or the issuance of an editorial notice.

Adherence to this AI policy is a condition for publication in Teknokultura.
