La evolución del reportaje en televisión: infoentretenimiento y espectacularización de la realidad. Un nuevo género en el cambio de milenio
Abstract
With the appearance in Spain of the private television channels during the 90s, the informative contents change, lighten and initiate a way to spectacularization. In that context, one of the genres that has suffered more the transformation is the report. Few or nothing at all remains from those first programs of weekly information in which it did not fit either the leadership of the journalist not the popularization of the subjects. The programs of reports between 1990 and the year 2000 offer a reality extremely sifted that looks for the call of attention of a public motivated by the emotion and the emotiveness. It is the consolidation of the docu-reality. In this article we propose, after a bibliographic review around the spectacularity of the information and the concept of soft news, seeing how an essential journalistic genre has evolved in the television during these 20 years.
