Evaluation of participation in websites: a methodological proposal applied to museums
Abstract
Websites has became in the focal point of communicative 2.0 strategy, even of museums, by their capacities to integrate participative proposals. However, academia demands a web evaluation system adapted to communicative requirements to the different publics of museums and applied over time. From this lack, the main objective of our research is to create a methodological proposal applied to museums that values the participation in websites.Downloads
