Abstract

The congress event stands as a communication tool framed within the discipline of Public Relations, which consists in bringing together a large number of people to discuss common interest issues over presentations and discussions ending with the extraction of a set of conclusions on the topics discussed in these meetings. Open and Virtual Castellon 2020 Congress is organized at the University Jaume I of Castellon to promote an improvement in the province at social, cultural and economic levels, with the collaboration of experts on the issues raised. The main feature of this event is the opportunity to participate either in person or online, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by new technologies to achieve a great deal of media exposure.
