Abstract

In this interview, Miguel Ardanuy (1991) and Eric Labuske (1988) address their political careers, based on a cycle of mobilization and technopolitical learning in Madrid, which nurtures the Podemos Effect. The media, organizational and electoral challenge pushed them to devising a new use for social media and new IT tools. We will be discussing the dynamics of the online/offline participation processes and public debate between traditional activists and the new hacktivists.

Miguel Ardanuy Pizarro, Podemos

Miguel Ardanuy Pizarro, Graduado en Ciencias Políticas por la UCM, y responsable del área de participación y miembro del Consejo Ciudadano estatal de Podemos. Militante estudiantil en el colectivo Contrapoder, forma parte de Juventud Sin Futuro y participa de manera activa en el movimiento de las plazas a raíz del 15-M así como en la articulación de distintas iniciativas en busca de articular nuevas iniciativas políticas. En el último año ha combinado el trabajo en el equipo de redes sociales con una reflexión sobre las distintas formas de organizar la participación telemática.

Eric Labuske, Podemos

Eric Labuske (1988) Licenciado en Turismo, responsable del Área de participación de Podemos y miembro del Consejo Ciudadano de Madrid. Toma parte activa durante el 15-M en Paris, ciudad en la que residía, y es uno de los principales organizadores de la llamada Marea Granate, que denunciaba el exilio por motivos económicos de la juventud española. Forma parte del colectivo Juventud Sin Futuro y actualmente en Podemos se encarga de diseñar modelos y herramientas de participación que permitan extender y ampliar los canales de participación dentro del partido.
