Global Surveillance and Forms of Resistance
Abstract
The great technological advances in our century also entail the development of surveil - lance abilities that were unimaginable just two decades ago. The digitalization of practically all communications leaves few social action and interaction spaces escaping technological me - diation. Obviously, telecommunications infrastructure is not designed to guarantee the privacy and secrecy of personal communications and activities, but rather to strengthen surveillance centralization.Downloads
