Abstract
Social movements around May 15th have changed the political landscape. The use of some features such as networking, pacifism, transversality, represents a challenge for official politicians. Public space has been retaken and an impressive work has been generated without leaders. The widely developed notion of “intelligent crowds” has acquired a suprising materialization. Political crowds want to go deeper in democracy and the need for a second transition in Spain. Therefore is a movement moving between reform and rebellion because the present political situation becomes untenable. Also there is a sort o communal intelligence able to generate strategies for the short and long term. But this strategic thinking must be developped fully in order to put up with tactical defeats in the short term.Downloads
