Propuesta para una acción educativa de calidad en el tratamiento de la diversidad

Abstract

The author justifies, in this article, that, in order to have an education of quality that will promote equality for every person, the treatment of diversity needs, more than any other thing, leaders and professionals with a favourable attitude, with the suitable domain of the appropriate strategies, and who will have the support of people having any special needs and by all the persons involved in education. But the educational treatment of diversity also needs some resources of different nature, apart from some institutions whose organisation must be accommodated to such treatment of diversity and which use methodological systems adapted to every personal need.
