Learning Based on a Teaching Project: Learning, creativity, innovation and new roles of the teacher’s training in the digital age
Abstract
Innovation and creativity as a key factor of development with positive effects in various orders for both, present and future generation, and for those who the ICT (Information and communication technologies) have transformed the form of life, the way of communication and the tools for learning. In the training of the future teachers, creativity in the development of teaching recourses and materials is a necessary condition to serve as a transmission of the know-how to and therefore for a multidisciplinary approach in the learning in several subjects. Thus, ICT is an element that allows necessary and efficient coordination of resources and didactic contents that favour the connection of the students with the reality. ICT and the virtual environment are an exceptionally useful tool to provide a radial and integral vision of the teaching-learning process for those who study the MFP (Master of teacher Training) in any specialty, and of course, those in Business Administration and Management (ADE) and Economics (ECO). This tool enhances the development of skills in the student, required in the profesional environment in which he should integrates the teaching and transmission of knowledge. This paper shows as a case, the work that has being done since the implementation of the MFP at the UCM in the subject of Didactics in the specialty of ADE and ECO, in a comprehensive proposal of Learning Based on a Teaching Project (ABPD).
