Los enemigos del periodismo de investigación
Abstract
The practice of the investigative reporting in Spain is totally isolated for three foreign motives to his already of by yes difficult nature. The first one and more importantly it is the brutal managerial concentration and the relations of the magnates of the mass media with the political power: the journalist cannot investigate to the economic power, which is the owner of the mass media, and to the political power, in permanent alliance with the economic one either. The second isolated agent is the deficient use of the sources of information on the part of the journalists. The third one owes to a legal restrictive frame: without the total support of a strong and awkward publisher, the investigative journalist cannot support the economic cost of the judicial complaints.Downloads
