Argentine Television: History, Structure and Media Criticism
Abstract
The aim of this article is to analyze the relationship between television and media criticism since its beginning in Argentina until its consolidation with the privatization of the TV channels (1951-1966). The emphasis of this article lies in the intersection between the history of television, the changes in content and structure, and the characteristics and mutations of media criticism.
