PhD in Journalism from the University of Valencia; Degree in Information Sciences from the University of Barcelona.

She has worked for 25 years at Radiotelevisión Valenciana where she has directed programmes and has devoted herself mainly to the coverage of international news and more specifically to the Israel-Palestine issue. She currently teaches television journalism in the Department of Language Theory in the Faculty of Philology, Translation and Communication at the University of Valencia. She is the author of the book Palestinos, published by Planeta, and of several scientific publications on television journalism and the Arab world. She is a member of the Governing Board of Apuntmedia by nomination of the Audiovisual Council of the Valencian Community and a member of various institutional boards, including the Cambridge Center for Palestinian Studies.
