Abstract
Atilio Boron, an expert in Latin American and international politics and geopolitics, and Francisco Sierra Caballero, one of the main references on political economy of communication, share their ideas in an interview on communication and geopolitics in which they address from a critical perspective: the notion of peace and war in a context of pressure from the US (whose hegemony is weakened by the advance of other powers), the role of media in this reality and the way of telling-the-story; new technologies, platform capitalism and rights in Latin America and the European Union
