We have worked with a sample of 4,326 tuits generated in the years 2015-2018 of the topic “social services”, carrying out a qualitative analysis in Atlas.ti 8 prior codification of the content of the messages in order to analyze the relationships and networks between the generated codes. The aim of this study is to know the perceptions of the social services of the different agents that participate in Twitter and to analyse the speeches, in order to define the priority themes that include the ideas about social services of the profiles that actively participate in said social network.

The results show that users use Twitter fundamentally for informal communication, centred on diffusion messages, denunciations and positive evaluations in order to give them greater visibility and impact. In addition, the relationship between the tweets published and the most representative political parties at the national level shows that the use of Twitter has different approaches according to each political force.
