Understanding the cybermedia. An structural proposal for the analysis of the media online
Abstract
The present article proposes a structural initiative for the study and characterization of digital media, grouped in three levels: 1) Technological base, understood as the platform that supports the media; 2) Development of media product, understood as the process steps ranging from the profile of those who develop it, professional routines and the final content; and 3) the interaction with the audience, this level is related to relationship between the online media and their audiences, from example: their business model and the direct interaction or through social networks. Each level as the basis for building the next one, these interdependent levels could simplify established methods for understanding these spaces for the diffusion of journalistic information.Downloads
