Permanent learning in teaching: Need for Learning Interpersonal Communication Skills to Apply in the Classroom
Abstract
Detected the training needs of teaching and research staff of the Universitat Jaume, a survey for this group was conducted in order to find out what specific training needs and, above all, what aspects of them would be advisable to be improved. Thus, a demand regarding the need for getting better competencies in terms of management skills, leadership and negotiation arise to coordinate the students in classrooms and teachers in their teaching and academic tasks. So, the project, objective of this work arises, and where with the aim of improving the capabilities and skills of teachers, knowledge and skills in interpersonal communication will be provided to them.Downloads
