La formación de competencias docentes para incorporar estrategias adaptativas en el aula
Abstract
Adaptive education aims for every students, even integrated in heterogeneous classrooms, to achieve the basic objectives at each stage. This principle, a basic one of educational systems in democratic frameworks, is complemented with the need to attend diversity. As a consequence, training of the teaching team implied in the application of adaptive strategies should be focus on: a) the development of competences linked both to certain level of compromise and a positive attitude towards diversity; b) an educational planning which takes into account differences, c) educational mediation; and d) formative evaluation. This paper justifies the need and presents the main characteristics of a programme in adaptive training aimed at Mathematics teachers (at the level of Secondary School Compulsory Education, or ESO as it is known in the Spanish system) for the whole of an academic year. It shows its viability and efficiency.Downloads
