La Formación en Centros de Trabajo: datos sobre su desarrollo en la familia Administración en la Comunidad de Madrid.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the Training in Work Centres module and shows the most significant results of the research on its putting into practice in the professional branch Administration in the Comunidad of Madrid. According to the polled groups, students, teachers and tutors in the work centres, the Specific Professional Training, on the whole, and Training in Work Centres, in particular, have been considered to be positive by their actors. It has to be emphasized the large number of students that passed the module, the positive attitude of companies, the students' learning of professional capabilities and the prospects of their labor insertion. However, some less satisfactory aspects have also been detected although they could be easily corrected.
