The evaluation of students in Social Sciences Master degrees at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), Spain
Abstract
The main objective of this study focuses on analyzing the activities carried out in Social Sciences Master degrees at the UPV/EHU to assess the development of students' skills. Specifically, it is intended to identify, depending on the purpose of the evaluation, the evaluation modalities that prevail, analyze whether the student participates in his own evaluation or in the evaluation of his classmates, verify to which mental processes the proposed evaluation tasks refer and examine whether there are differences in assessment practices depending on the field of knowledge of the master's degree. For this purpose, a mixed methodology has been used, where focus groups, interviews and the RAPEVA self-report stand out.
