Abstract

The study of student satisfaction is essential to know the rights and wrongs of an institution of higher education with the purpose of putting into practice strategies that lead to the improvement of the quality of its teaching. With this goal, in this paper we have evaluated the level of satisfaction of Textual Acting students of “Miguel Salcedo Hierro” Cordoba College of Drama. Moving away from the usual models to measure satisfaction, mainly quantitative, we have used as a methodological axis the Grounded Theory, and as techniques the Kaufmann comprehensive interview and the discussion groups. The results have been very positive, because they have shown that these students have a high level of satisfaction, despite the existence of a toxic minority among students and among teachers, and their negative assessment of educational institutions. This fact is very valuable to know the quality of this teaching in the present moment, and to develop specific plans that lead to improve it in the near future.
