Análisis de la Imagen Corporativa: introducción a la Iconometría
Abstract
What is and of what consists that has been called “Corporate Image “, but more nowadays “Public Image” and even, “Reputation”? This article tries to analyze and determine that conception, as well as to establish his composition. Also, there presents as innovation a very useful tool, the Iconmeter, inseparable instrument of icon researching method, that allows to reach a graphical version for measuring the “image”, which results are really promising.Downloads
