Abstract

The Spanish Land Army has an elaborate system of institutional communication in recognition of its responsibility for transparency of information with society. This system, governed by existing legislation, it is the responsibility of the Ministry of Defence. The level coordination Army is headed by its Department of Communication (DECET) and its tool is the Communication System (SICOM). This article analyzes its principles, philosophy, bodies and concrete actions with particular detail regarding the Communication Plan for 2007.
