Abstract

It starts with the delimitation of the concept of Web 2.0 as expansion of the social networks of communication and analyzes their developments and applications, the new models of interactive communication that are generated and the innovation in the fields of the information. It highlights the step of control of the information traditional media and web 1.0 to the role assumed by the civil society to inform interactively herself. It examines some contributions representatives and their risks. In the new social network communication the organization of the processes no longer depends of the emitter, but the relationships between all participants to exchange the roles of emitters and receivers to become each of them an EMEREC, in an emitter-recipient.
