¿La consolidación de los gratuitos amenaza a los diarios de pago?
Abstract
The consolidation of a new phenomenon generalistic free daily press in Spain is bringing about important changes inside the sector. 20 Minutoshas been located in 2005 as the most-read amongst the generalist newspapers, surpassing El País and coming closer to sports newspaper Marca. The increase of this type of publications is leading to a new model of press consumption and production. This paper tries to reflect this free press’s type of consumption, contents and public (placing special emphasis on the young readership), whilst making comparisons with the paying press.Downloads
