Abstract

Press is loosing audience. The distribution number of the great newspapers are falling slowly, even in the countries with a ligh reading tradition. In the cause of this new crisis, can be detected two: the pushing of information in the Internet and the growing succes of the free circulation newspapers. This circunstance will obligate “quality papers” to reconvert and face the expiring offer of today with new ideas. But if Internet journalism has only a few years, free press has been for a long time lauching to the market millions of copies with all sort of subjects. And in the so called quality press, there has not been calibrated the importance of these publications wich are advancing without stopping from decades ago
