Abstract

2000 and February of 2001, showed that the sanitary information follows a criterion of "acute pattern" and is excessively subject to the political agenda. This situation and the performance of the informative sources -with tendency to confuse information with opinion, and not to consider the peculiarities of an official source or to not knowing how to transmit the technical aspects of a problem- lead easily to the social alarmism and to construct the sanitary information like a conflict. In this article, the author proposes a model responsible for information and the informative crises treatment.
