Abstract

This article is a study about the growing use made by the Journalism professional with the Social Networks 2.0. as primary information sources. For this target was taken as analyse topics the riots known as so called “Arabic Spring 2011” and the Spanish movement so called 15M. The work contains a poll made with Spanish journalists to know de confidence that the modern Social Networks have for them as information sources. About 24 journalists filled a questionnaire. The majority of journalists considered the new Social Networks only as “a tool for knowing news they must be confirm later”. All refused the new social networks were a “third way” between traditional segregation human sources and document sources.
