The Cyberspace and the Education. A Pedagogy of the Profitability? Weaknesses and Strengths
Abstract
In few half a decade the uses and abuses of the cyberspace can have as consequence being considered excessively in a way ambivalent: the overflowed optimism and the extreme pessimism. From a vision so much philosophical as pedagogic seated in the reflection we would wonder of who the cyberspace is? This question facilitates us to go, paradoxically, to those who have used the new Technologies of the Information and the Communication (TIC) at some time. The answer is that it is not about an omnipresence, the cyberspace is not of all. Nevertheless, while bigger number of users, or internet users neuter terms that dilute the unfathomable differences and those “users’” interests: proprietors, managers, policemen, spectators, consumers, creators it is possible a certain surveillance, consumption and control; but also certain pedagogies toward peculiar forms of freedom or of existential possibility inside all culture that locates the education like a form of economic, social and cultural development.Downloads
