La Educación para la Salud en Educación Infantil: Elementos clave para su inclusión en las aulas
Abstract
This article examines Health Education (EpS) in Early Childhood Education, highlighting the active role of young children as agents influencing their own well-being and their environment. Based on a review of international studies, opportunities emerge for children to assume responsibilities in developing healthy habits through playful and participatory strategies. The importance of student-centered methodologies is emphasized, as they enhance autonomy and commitment, coupled with dedicated teacher training and integrated public health policies. In this way, the foundations are laid for more resilient school communities with an improved quality of life.
