Death education. A challenge in teacher education
Abstract
The overall aim of this study is to improve the understanding and description of the field of teacher education in death education through a bibliometric analysis. A descriptive, cross-sectional-retrospective methodology is used, with the aim of quantitatively and cualitative describing the information obtained from the production of 16 references registered in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The results have projected a scientific field that is still developing, although the year 2021 was the year with the highest scientific production (n=2), highlighting a possible considerable evolution in the scientific production on teacher training in education for death. We conclude that this article presents a necessary review, which helps to generate knowledge in researchers.
