Abstract
In our society employment constitutes the key element for the individual social mainstreaming. This article deals with the working and social conditions of the people with disabilities in Spain. It provides an analysis of employability data according to gender, age, activity, qualifications among others. It provides a general description of the different aspects that are involved directly in the incorporation of people with disabilities into work. It also includes the measures taken to foster employment of people with disabilities in Spain.Downloads
