Open Educational Resources to work on Mexican children's poetry in the classroom: an intercultural didactic proposal
Abstract
The new educational law reflects the need to work on interculturality and digital spaces as open resources. In this sense, the objective is to study Mexican poetry to expand both the canon of readings in the classroom and to deal with a literary genre that traditionally does not feature in research around literary education, expanding the intercultural education of the Primary student as established by the LOMLOE guidelines (2020 and 2022). Using Cerrillo’s selection criteria (2007), we considered six works based on the verse and the relationship it establishes with the image (de Amo, 2019; Rovira- Collado and Ivanova, 2019). It is thus concluded that the materials offered by the Fondo Editorial del Estado de México allow to expand the canon of readings in Spanish, as OER, based on interculturality and multimodality.
