Teaching Innovation Proposal to improve coordination between support teachers and teachers of Spanish Language and Literature
Abstract
This article describes a teaching innovation proposal for secondary education, consisting of reinforcing coordination between teachers of Spanish Language and Literature and support teachers, to improve attention to diversity and learning outcomes, as well as to facilitate interdepartmental communication. This project is based on the needs of a real classroom and it is intended to take advantage of the roaming of support staff through the different subject groups as a resource for the detection and systematised exchange of good practice. To this end, details are provided on the design of the innovation and recommendations for its development and evaluation, with the aim of turning this intervention model into a useful didactic resource, which could be applied in different educational contexts and adapted to the needs of each school.
