The Museum as a Labyrinth. A Visit to the Museo Nacional del Prado
Abstract
Over the idea of a museum as a labyrinth space in which important art treasures are kept and available only to those who know the maps, an interdisciplinary didactic unit exists on the area of art education. A research is presented around the labyrinth, from its mythology origins of the Minotaur, going over different cultures and geographic locations, and pointing out the links that exist between dancing and the labyrinth in history. The project is planned based on integrated arts such as plastic, architecture and dancing. The contents, activities, methodology and evaluation programmes are shown to accomplish the proposal.Downloads
