Contemporary artistic practices and movement of affections. Relationship between images, artistic experience, agency and affectivity

Abstract

This research analyses the relationship between the affections with the agency capacity of artistic images and the flows, impregnations and the moves of the affections between this images, it’s insertion context and the spectators/participants. The general target is to study how this affective flux establish the agency of the agents/actants involved in artistic process analyzed. It’s considered fundamental, thus, beginning by analisyind the relationship between the affection capability of one image and it’s capability of agency, and so, study if this relation can be primary agency. It’s analyse the paper that affections has in the performance capability of the artistics practiques and the move (as action) from the affection from the images that are been produce. For this it’s understood that the perspective to the study of the affections by Suely Rolnick and Sara Ahmed allows to generate a relationship speech from wich propose an approximation to the power of making the artistic images from it’s affection capability, arguing that this capability is key to understand the mechanism of action from this kind of images.
