El enroque audiovisual. Retos del discurso sobre la propiedad de los contenidos en la era digital
Abstract
The cultural industries contents have a high value; there is an agree about that. This value is economic but, also, it have others ethics and communicational dimensions; the contents have an important roll of symbolic production too. The different intellectual property (IP) association, and the societies that manage IP rights, have a narrow discourse because they limit the problem to its monetary dimension, rather than the important author values. This communication can be categorised as interested source communication; it not expose all social dimensions of the problem; we can observe how many people can’t get cultural objects, the popular reject that generate certain legal rules and the low development of digital rights management technology.Downloads
