Life as an event and the power of the indeterminate in times of pandemic
Abstract
This text aims to think of the current pandemic crisis as an event. As such, it begins by making a historical framework of the confinement of the infant soul within school institutions and then proposes what could be an opportunity to think about another relationship between children, adults and "assemblage". It ends with the proposal to look at the pandemic as an event with the power to found ethics of inquiring about life as a way of liberating fear. Because only free from fear can we truly respond to Deleuze's invitation to choose to choose.
