The book Protagonismo Infantil y Acción Social by María Lidia Piotti, deals with condensing critical Social Work practices with children and adolescents in a historical and ethical-political review of the profession.

The approach perspective is carried out from the paradigm of child protagonism, which the author calls for the promotion of the social role of children, recovering the Latin American side and the historical memory of resistance of the social movements of working children and adolescents, who achieved make visible / question the adultcentric and paternalistic matrix, and with it, question the Social Work and Popular Education in Argentina.
