Responsabilidades e incertidumbres del profesorado en Educación Secundaria
Abstract
The main intention of this work is to deepen on organizational aspects that can promote or prevent the processes of change or innovation in the educative institutions. We alluded to recent movements of organizational development whose main intention has been the improvement of the school. Next we talked about to the responsibilities and uncertainties of the teaching staff in a school conceived like learning community. In order to finalize we analyzed the case of the Institutes of Secondary Education, considering the situation of change by which they cross, as a result of the reorganization of the Secondary Education in Spain.Downloads
