The margination/social exclusión in the titles of the “Mázcara” collection of the Academy of the Asturian Language
Abstract
This piece of work aims to present a view of marginalisation in the theatre characters of the Asturian Llingua Academy Mázcara collection: a collection which was established in 1993 for readers to take an interest in this type of literary work in the Asturian language. In order to do this we have analysed each of the pieces in the collection based on the definition of social theatre by one of the great theatre specialists in this genre, José Luis Alonso de Santos, make by Eduardo Galan. The result is this exposition where we attempt to explain and show this marginalisation or social exclusion through the characters so that readers can get an idea of the types present in this collection of theatre texts.
