De la nacionalización a la globalización. La era de los conglomerados multimedia
Abstract
The main aim of this paper is to define the structure of the current audio-visual communications system, which has been developed according to the political, technological and social coordinates that influence it. We will focus on the analysis of the structure of the multimedia global system that interferes directly in the processes of production and consumption of audio visual products. These products, which fall within the capitalist logic, are distributed and thought out on a global scale, and they contribute to the process of cultural industrialisation, and more specifically to communication. Consequently, we are witnessing the establishment of a new doctrine: financial imperialism, which supports a logic of single thought.Downloads
