Abstract

As Ihe tille suggests, this artiele offers an analysis of Cervantes ideas about the Spanish language and how these are reflected in the dialogues of te Quixote, taking into account the aurhor's theories on style, treatment of thefabla, the popular element, latinism and the character's voice and intonation.
