El Quijote en la Literatura Infantil Española
Abstract
Some Spanish Children’s Literature texts show clear influences of Cervantes on either design or plot and characters: on the one hand, their authors aim to adapt a Quixote-inspired plan or structure to texts targeted to childhood or adolescence; on the other hand, they develop characters, events or behaviours linked to those devised by Cervantes. From this general stance, this article analyses some key texts published in Spain from the beginning of twentieth century to present-day during which the 1605 publication of the first part of Don Quixote is commemorated.Downloads
