Abstract

Our proposal in this article is (o lay out guidelines which could load to comment dramatic text not only aspects concerning the external structure, the arrangement of the plot and the determination of the thematic nuclei, setting and time, but also those which refer to function and meaning of characters and the use the author makes of language in dialogues and stage directions. This proposal is aimed at the text, due to (he fact that in practical teaching usage, the written text in usually a priority, brought up to date with the reading, prevailing over the representation in which language makes up a whole with other non linguistic codes in the theatrical representation.
