The metaphorical bullfighting language of colloquial use
Abstract
This work provides an example of bullfighting and metaphorical language of common use in everyday communication, detected in newspapers, radio and television. Total included expressions appearing and some global features of this communicative use, such as fields and those who use them are indicated; also have qualified the terms and expressions and meanings are underlined these metaphorical expressions-bullfighting. Similarly, some educational implications for use in the teaching, are extracted as a valuable resource in the area of language. Finally, the findings highlight the shared socio-cultural value of bullfighting language and its relevance to understanding learning their metaphorical value in communication.Downloads
