Abstract
The Spanish Companies and Institutions need to adapt to a global, impredictable changing and they must be continue growing in a hard competence environment. This article aim is to inform and prevent about the importance of internal communication like key in this new economy of Information and Knowledge Society. Crisis management means crucial decision making and the Internal Gestion Communication recomended is the goal. Its means to inform to employees by strategic planning. The future of de Spanish Enterprises and Institutions could well depend on how successfully the professional manage the change.Downloads
