Abstract

The aim of this paper is to approach the analysis of «deixis» in the Aeneid. Our hypothesis is that deictics locate the reader in a complex structure, not only significant at the spatial-temporal level, but also in other dimensions, such as the semantic, the generic, and the textual or «metaliterary» level.
