Abstract
In this paper we studie the philological aspect as well as the historical one of the so called «Christenkapitel» of Tacitus (ann. XV 44). On the one side, we prefer the most obvious intrepretation of the latin text, on the other, we propose the cognition extra ordinem as the repressive mechanism which allowed Nero´s action against Christians.Downloads
