Creation as a process of transformation
Abstract
The paper makes a distinction between what it is not art therapy and a definition of this one as a process of accompaniment of persons in difficulty across the artistic productions. This process tries to allow to the subject to re-create himself in a symbolic tour: a process of accompanied symbolization. The therapeutic process is described as the step of a narrative centred on I/here/now, to a narrative centred in /he/it/, which provokes the transformation of the creative subject. There is distinguished, likewise, between what the art therapist must learn to accompany in this process and what sometimes it is believed, erroneously, that it forms a part also of his formation.Downloads
